Same to you!

Oh, and a hearty "fuck you" to the kid who mugged my pregnant wife the other night.

Ouch. I echo your sentiment....i.e., the hearty fuck off part.

Glad to hear Mrs. and the 'Snowflake and Raindrop' were unharmed.

Your wife doesn't have yellow hair does she???

That's terrible!

I hope she and the baby and you are O.K. as can be.

Oh geez -- that's so scary -- I'm glad it all (presumably) turned out OK for all but the purse/wallet/your stress levels/the karma of said mugger (although that clearly wasn't doing too well to begin with).

Some come to laugh their past away
Some come to be a black hole of nastiness just one more day
Whichever way your pleasure tends
If you plant muggings, you're gonna harvest a very big and unpleasant cellmate as your intimate friend

(OK, so the poetry isn't brilliant, but it's the thought that counts, right?)

Happy New Year and no more muggings to you and yours ...

Thanks for the support, friends. She wasn't really hurt. Kid just snatched her purse from behind and ran off. She fell down as he pulled away and got a few scrapes, but mother and baby are doing fine. We feel lucky that it wasn't more of a confrontation. Took her hundred dollar bill and he vanished in the air. (Yes, she was actually carrying a $100 bill.)

And I doubt she used it to snort coke.

;)

Best to you and yours! And congrats! So glad to know mom and S&R # 2 (hmmm, or #? Sorry, don't mean to pry!) came thru it all okay. It's been 21 yrs since Mrs Tell and I did that sort of thing--er, the baby production part...the end result part...damn, you know what I mean--so it always makes me recall those HECTIC times!

I have two words: sleep deprivation.

This is indeed our first. Figured I better get started before it gets too late. Forty years upon my head... Not getting any younger.
